Package Inclusive :
  • 1 pre-tour worshop on 6 September 2008, 930am -1230pm
  • Four nights twin share room with air-con accommodation at Ananda Cottage(single supplement
    can be arrange at extra USD 40 per night).

  • Transportation to all designated painting locations, studio/museum visit,lunch/dinners.

Terms & Conditions ::
Payment Conditions
  • A reservation deposit of S$200 per person is required of the time of booking. Final payment is
    due on 15 August. Payment can be made by credit card through internet paypal(add 3%
    surcharge), internet bank transfer to UOB (branch code 343) 389-300-280-2, cash or  cheque
    issued to “ Chankerk Fine Arts Pte Ltd”

Arrangement of accommodation and airport transport
  • Extra accommodation at Ananda and airport transport for early arrival or late departure can be
    arranged at your own cost, subject to availability

Alteration to Painting Workshop Tour Price
  • The price is subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances and changes in the cost
    of travel and accommodation services. Should any increase in the workshop tour price be
    unacceptable to the registered member, a full refund of monies paid (exclude surcharge and
    amendment fee) will be made

Cancellation and Amendments
  • Cancellations received in writing after 15 August will result in a loss of 50% monies paid.
    Cancellations received after 1 September will result in a loss of all monies paid. There are no
    refunds for services not utilized while on the painting workshop tour. Once a booking has been
    confirmed, one amendment to travel arrangements will  incur an amendment fee of S$35 per
    change.
  • CFA reserved the right to modify itineries and workshop programs due to unforeseen
    contingencies

Art Instructor Substitution
  • In the unlikely event that our art instructor cannot perform his or her duties due to unforeseen
    contingencies. We reserve the right to  substitute another artist as art instructor.

Physical Fitness
  • Paint-outs can involve a considerable amount of walking and stair-climbing. It is important that
    all participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in these activities
    without the need of assistance from others.

Minimum Workshop Tour Numbers
  • Workshop tour has been priced on the basis of a minimum number of 8 members travelling. In
    the event that fewer than the minimum numbers have confirmed their booking by 15 August, CFA
    reserves the right to cancel the workshop tour, giving a full refund of monies paid, or to offer
    arrnagement to proceed with the workshop tour at a modified price
  • Rates quoted are in Singapore dollars (SGD) Nett based per person basis otherwise stated

Comfirmation of tour
  • Workshop tour has been arranged on the basis of a minimum number of 8 members travelling.
    All registrants must confirm the departure of the tour on 15 August  before purchasing his/her air
    tickets. CFA will not bear any responsibities for any loss due to the pre-purchasing of air tickets
    before comfirmation of the tour departure

Insurance
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover workshop members for the consequences of
    unforeseen events during the workshop tour and for cancellation fees that could result from
    illness, accident, death or other contigencies.  

Passport & Visa
  • Passport must be valid at least 6 months from date of departure. VISA is passenger own
    responsibility

Amendment of Terms & Conditions
  • CFA reserve the right to amend terms and conditions with or without prior notice
