Terms and conditions

We will only process your request for make-up if the notice of absence is received at least 48
hours before your scheduled lesson.
Maximum 2 make-up lessons per 8 session package.
approval subject to our space availability before term ends
priority will given to those who give us earlier absence/cancellation notice
priority will be given to those who has missed fewer lessons
strictly no make up after term ends or between terms
confirmation of make up lesson can only be given 1 day in advance before the make up class
commences
arrangement and approval is on our sole discretion
CFA reserve the right to revise terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
