Day 1 Singapore – Luangpraban
Morning depart Singapore on flight to Bangkok .
Connecting flight to Luangprabang on Bangkok Airways.
Meet guide on arrival and transfer to hotel.
Visit the local night market
Day 2 Luangprabang
Early morning go into town to watch the hundreds of monks line up for alms.
Morning boat trip to Pak U cave, then visit Ban Sang Hai village, which produces the
local rice wine.
Picnic lunch on the bank of the Nam U river.
Set-up to sketch/paint in the afternoon.
Return to Luangprabang and overnight
Day 3 Luangprabang
Drive to Kwang Si waterfalls, enroute visiting minority villages.
Visit Ban Phanom, the famous weaving village.
Afternoon visit Wat Xieng Thong and set-up for painting or sketching.
Evening visit the art galleries and shops where local artists meet to chat.
Day 4 Luangprabang
Full day to visit around the fascinating town of Luangprabang . Set-up for
painting/sketching at sites you have scouted in the last few days.
Lunch at local restaurant, then continue sketching/painting.
Day 5 Luangprabang – Singapore
Free morning, then transfer to the airport for flight to Bangkok on Bangkok Airways
Connecting flight back to Singapore .
